Why AI x GTM?
Because most go-to-market efforts stumble once they get going because strategy, execution, and measurement slowly drift apart. AI x GTM keep them all connected.
About
AI x GTM is for marketers, consultants and founders who need better GTM strategy and better GTM execution, not just more generated content.
Because most go-to-market efforts stumble once they get going because strategy, execution, and measurement slowly drift apart. AI x GTM keep them all connected.
If you're a small-team marketing lead, consultant, fractional CMO, founder, or you've just got a side-hustle you really care about, it'll help you manage and grow your pipeline.
It automatically handles project, product and target-segment context to make it easier for you to focus on planning and continuously improving strategic execution.
I started laying the groundwork for AI x GTM just after Covid-19 punched the world in the face.
The problem I was initially trying to solve was something that seemed to happen to every company I ever worked with or for when I was a management consultant: the tendency for marketing programs to slowly break down when they no longer focus on a clearly-defined set of target audience segments.
Instead of a disciplined, strategic approach to execution, their GTM motions end up trying to engage everyone, everywhere, usually using whatever shiny, new marketing tactic, technique, or technology is getting all the buzz.
The solution to this problem? A marketing-first workspace for GTM planning.
Of course... what I thought would be a fairly straightforward process eventually included developing propriatary behavioral models and marketing-focused predictive models, creating an inference engine to fuel real-world workflows, aggregating and analyzing detailed industry, occupation, market, brand, channel and demographic metadata, and then rebuilding it all from the ground up once AI got smart enough to use all that context effectively, efficiently, and consistently.
The result is what you see here.
Special thanks to the small army of developers, designers, data scientists, and freelance experts who helped build all this. It's nice to know the world is full of smart, friendly people who get a charge out of figuring out how to get difficult things done.
