FAQ
How AI x GTM Works, What Makes It Different, and What To Expect When You Use It.
Answers to the most common questions about AI x GTM, the 7-stage GTM workflow, persona-driven personalization, and how the platform fits into your marketing operations.
What is AI x GTM?
AI x GTM is a structured go-to-market workspace that connects your product context, target personas, marketing strategy, content execution, and performance measurement in one continuous workflow. Instead of starting every task from scratch in a generic AI tool, every deliverable builds on what the system already knows about your project.
Who is the product for?
Marketing leaders, fractional CMOs, consultants, founders, and lean growth teams who need both strategic clarity and execution support. It is especially useful for teams that find themselves recreating context every time they brief a new campaign, write content, or review performance.
What is the 7-stage GTM workflow?
The workflow guides you through seven stages: Project Analysis, Product Analysis, Planning, Website Optimization, Conversions, Sales Enablement, and Measurement and Iteration. Each stage builds on the outputs of the previous ones, so a marketing plan incorporates your project analysis, and conversion content reflects your messaging matrix and persona preferences.
How does AI x GTM personalize outputs to my project?
Every deliverable is assembled from your actual project state. When the system generates a budget draft, it draws on your product analysis, marketing plan, persona profiles, and content strategy. When it recommends conversion content, it ranks concepts using a scoring algorithm weighted by your specific personas. Nothing is templated; the context is composed dynamically from what you have built so far.
What are target audience profiles and how do they affect outputs?
Target Audience Profiles are individual customer segments that have been analyzed, categorized, classified and enriched using structured metadata covering key demographics, UX preferences, messaging tendencies, channel preferences, occupational pain points and priorities, and industry specifics. They are not just reference cards. They actively shape content ranking, messaging parameters, UI/UX recommendations, audience targeting plans, budget allocation, and even how interactive sessions like focus groups and copy checks behave.
What is the difference between this and using ChatGPT for marketing?
A general-purpose AI starts every conversation without context. AI x GTM maintains persistent project memory across sessions, enforces a structured workflow so strategic work happens before execution, ranks content by persona relevance instead of returning generic suggestions, and feeds the full text of your completed analyses into every downstream deliverable. The result is more consistent, more specific, and more connected to your actual strategy.
Can I skip stages or work on them in any order?
Yes. Every stage can be skipped, and you can navigate directly to any stage from the workflow hub. However, the system is designed so that earlier stages feed context into later ones. Skipping Project Analysis means your marketing plan will have less strategic grounding. The workflow recommends an order but does not force it.
What happens during the Measurement and Iteration stage?
The system runs a monitoring pipeline that collects signals from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and your internal workflow activity. It diagnoses issues with severity ratings and evidence, recommends next content and campaign actions ranked by persona relevance, generates testable experiments with timeboxed action plans, and builds a progress checklist. Over time, it learns from your feedback to improve future recommendations.
Does the workflow support both B2B and B2C?
Yes. B2B and B2C projects receive different funnel structures, different stage labels, different persona metadata emphasis, and channel-filtered prompt libraries. B2B projects see a six-stage conversion funnel and Sales Enablement, while B2C projects see a five-stage funnel and Sales Collateral. This adaptation runs throughout the entire workflow, not just at the surface level.
What formats can I export content in?
Generated content can be scheduled and posted on selected social media accounts or exported as Word documents, .txt files, PDFs, or directly into Google Docs. The export system strips AI conversational framing, preserves formatting like tables and headings, and can classify content for Schema.org structured data to support SEO.
What interactive features are available beyond the workflow?
The platform includes AI-powered focus groups with up to five personas discussing your product, brainstorm sessions with a four-role creative team, one-on-one persona role-play for testing messaging or practicing sales conversations, and copy checks where all your personas evaluate a piece of content simultaneously. Each session draws on your project context and persona profiles.
Can I share a project with another user?
Yes. The platform will generate a transfer code that allows you to send a copy of your project to another user. This is one-time action that creates two independent projects based on the same core elements.
How is my data used?
Your project data stays within your workspace and is used only to generate outputs for your projects. The platform uses OpenAI models for content generation and vector embeddings for prompt matching. Your data is not used to train models.
